🇺🇦The Kiev regime has not ceased its attempts at provocations to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of war crimes.
▫️Another such staging with the alleged deaths of civilians as a result of fabricated shelling by Russian units has been prepared by experts of the information and psychological operations of the AFU for its presentation to the world public in the coming days.
▫️In order to make staged photo and video recordings and to invite representatives of Ukrainian and Western news agencies (including the USA, Latvia, the UK and Poland) to the central market in Lisichansk, which the day before was mistakenly shelled by units of the 57th AFU motorized infantry brigade, broken equipment is being brought to the central market; ambulances bring bodies of AFU soldiers dressed in civilian clothes.
▫️This scenario, above all with regard to its own people as well as dead Ukrainian servicemen, replicates Nazi atrocities during the Great Patriotic War, but with the modern approaches of the Kiev regime.
❗️We warn the so-called civilised west in advance that this and other similar bloody fakes on the part of the Kiev authorities about alleged "Russian atrocities" are soon to be widely spread in the media and on internet resources.

❗️According to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another monstrous provocation, similar to the one in Kramatorsk, to accuse Russian servicemen of so-called war crimes with massacres of civilians.
▫️To this end, battalion of the 19th Separate Missile Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces will soon launch a Tochka-U attack on an area of refugees concentration at the railway station in Lozovaya.
▫️The missiles will be launched from Staromikhailovka direction to simulate a strike from the territory allegedly controlled by the Russian Armed Forces and Donetsk People's Republic formations.
▫️Such actions by Ukrainian authorities once again demonstrate an inhuman attitude towards the fate of its own citizens and show a complete disregard for all norms of morality and international humanitarian law.

❗️Representatives of the Ukrainian and Western media have been invited to Seredina Buda town in Sumy Region, which was formerly under the control of Russian troops, to conduct staged video footage. In order to conceal the provocation and prevent it from being exposed by real witnesses, a curfew has been imposed in the city and the local population has been forcibly evicted from the places where the filming took place.
▫️In Nizhnyaya Syrovatka near Sumy, bodies are being dragged into one of the basements of residential buildings to be presented as allegedly another victim of the Russian Army. As conceived by the "British filmmakers", units of Russian troops allegedly massacred and humiliated civilians as they withdrew. Another fake will be promoted by the Western media in the very near future. Its aim is to further increase Russophobia against the backdrop of Europe's rapidly developing economic crisis.
❗️Please note that Russian troops withdrew from this location three weeks ago - on March 20. Such events, if they really happened, could not have failed to become public in such a long period. Moreover, the Kiev regime is looking for any reasons to accuse Russia of genocide of the Ukrainians. A whole network of foreign information-psychological influences on the population is currently operating in Ukraine, producing "dirty tricks" on a professional basis. We will see the results of their anti-Russian activities more than once.
▫️The Ukrainian authorities also make extensive use of interested countries and non-profit organisations.
▫️For example, the French leadership has sent a group of French servicemen and the Gendarmerie to Ukraine to collect information on alleged crimes committed by Russian servicemen, together with representatives of the "International Commission on Missing Persons" (created at the initiative of the USA).
▫️On April 11, French special operations forces personnel, together with technical experts from the French Gendarmerie and the Interior Ministry, arrived in Ukraine via Germany and Poland through the so-called "diplomatic corridor".

Fake:
Russian troops have used prohibited phosphorus munitions and will use them in Mariupol, claim Ukrainian publishers, referring to British intelligence.
Reality:
Russia has been repeatedly accused of using phosphorus munitions during the special military operation, but none has been confirmed.
For example, the Ukrainian side has said that similar weapons were used during the shelling of Popasnaya in Lugansk region. But in fact it was a flare shell. The same unprohibited flare shells were used in Avdeevka. This was also confirmed by the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire.
Earlier, the Russian Defence Ministry said that phosphorus bombs were used by the Ukrainian military. The issue is about phosphorus-filled 122-mm shells for D-30 howitzers and rockets for BM-21 Grad rocket launchers. Stories about Bucha appeared in several foreign media outlets at once, which looks like a planned media campaign. Taking into account that the troops left the city on March 30, where was the footage for four days? Their absence only confirms the fake.
The video of the bodies is confusing: here at the 12th second the "corpse" on the right is moving his arm. At 30th second in the rear view mirror the "corpse" sits down. The bodies in the video seem to have been deliberately laid out to create a more dramatic picture. This is easily seen if you play the video at 0.25 of normal speed.
After Russian troops withdrew from Bucha, the AFU shelled the city. This may have also caused civilian casualties.

▪️ Despite constant disruptions by the Ukrainian side of measures to open humanitarian corridors, and taking into account the humanitarian situation caused by outrages and lawlessness on the part of nationalists, as well as in order to ensure the safety of civilians and foreign citizens:
1⃣ From 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 9, 2022, the Russian Federation declares cease-fire and is ready to provide humanitarian corridors:
▪️ from Kiev and adjacent settlements to the Russian Federation through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to Gomel city with delivery by air to the Russian Federation, in the southern direction - in agreement with the Ukrainian side;
▪️ from Chernigov through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to Gomel with delivery by air transport to the Russian Federation, in the southern direction - in agreement with the Ukrainian side;
▪️ from Sumy by two routes to Poltava and Belgorod - then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or temporary accommodation, in the southern direction - in agreement with the Ukrainian side;
▪️ from Kharkov to the territory of the Russian Federation to Belgorod - then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or temporary accommodation, to Lvov, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankivsk - in agreement with the Ukrainian side;
▪️ from Mariupol by two routes to the territory of the Russian Federation to Rostov-on-Don through Novoazovsk and Taganrog cities, to Zaporozhye - in agreement with the Ukrainian side.

2⃣ This statement should be immediately brought to the Ukrainian side (Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk) proposed to coordinate the specified routes and the start time of humanitarian corridors by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 9, 2022, and to submit written approval of these approaches, including guarantees to ensure security on the declared routes of humanitarian operations by the Ukrainian authorities to the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine by the specified time.
The Ukrainian side have to publish this statement in Ukrainian and Russian languages in Ukrainian media by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 9, 2022.
3⃣ This statement (in Russian and English) should immediately be brought to the attention of the embassies of foreign states, relevant structures of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations through all available information resources, including the media.
4⃣ The Ukrainian side should also inform, in accordance with the established procedure, about the planned humanitarian operation before 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 9, 2022, representatives of the embassies of foreign states, specialized structures of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations located on the territory of Ukraine, through all available information resources, including Ukrainian media.
5⃣ For the purpose of implementation of measures for the evacuation of civilians and foreign citizens along agreed routes during the humanitarian operation, from 09:30 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 9, 2022, organize continuous communication between the Russian and Ukrainian sides for the mutual exchange of information on the preparation and carrying out the evacuation of civilians and foreign citizens.

This statement should be immediately brought to the Ukrainian side (Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk) proposed to coordinate the specified routes and the start time of humanitarian corridors by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022, and to submit written approval of these approaches, including guarantees to ensure security on the declared routes of humanitarian operations by the Ukrainian authorities to the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine by the specified time.
The Ukrainian side have to publish this statement in Ukrainian and Russian languages in Ukrainian media by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022.

Ryazan: "Where Ideas Are Turned Into Results"
Ryazan will participate in SPIEF with a slogan "Where Ideas Are Turned Into Results". The region will present its advanced innovation and infrastructure projects; current amount of investments in them is about ☧20 billion ($27,100,000).
Several projects address drug safety in Russia. Drugs produced in the Ryazan region can be used both in the treatment of illnesses and in the prevention of viral diseases.
At SPIEF-2021, "RC-Investments" (the subsidiary of the Roscongress Foundation) and the Ryazan Region Development Corporation plan to sign a cooperation agreement, which will provide additional opportunities to promote economic and investment potential of the region.
