An update on the #Balticconnector gas pipeline incident: Commander of #EstonianNavy CDRE Jüri Saska reports that the pipeline appears to have been ruptured from one side. In additon, an 🇪🇪 telecom cable has been damaged. Further details remain to be determined.

Balticconnector is a gas pipeline which connects the gas networks between 🇪🇪#Estonia and 🇫🇮#Finland. On the night of Sunday, the pressure in the pipe started to drop. #EstonianNavy has opened an investigation. The cause of the leak will be clarified in the coming days. #BalticSea
