We’re on!
This informal get-together bringing the freedom community together - long overdue social, FREE
DATE: Sunday 3rd NOV, 2024 2pm-9pm
LOC: Murry Gibson's Farm: 402 Maungawera Rd.
This is the “Jam for Freedom-NZ Warmup” which is a “pre-inaugural” get-together to Jam For Freedom NZ’s inaugural concert, (date to be determined) where we plan quite a big event somewhere in NZ, with some cool freedom loving headliners. Meanwhile, let’s have this “warm-up” an have some fun!
:Bring some chairs, some blankets, warm clothes and nibbles. They'll be a BBQ Grill or two.
OPEN TO ALL: Some are not using Telegram at the moment, so please forward this info by email or word of mouth so we have a fun crowd.
MUSICIANS: Calling all muso's for an open mic/jam/your own stagetime. (PA, Mics, provided,) Want to play? get in touch. join in! Stagetime depends on how many muso's show. caravanning possible.

I mentioned the benefits of learning Sudarshan kriya (SKY) the breathing technique that literally detoxifies each and every cell and rejuvenates the entire system.
It takes 9 hours spread across 3 consecutive days to learn the process.
