@AntiCommandBot Is currently not deleting messages in time. Telegram has been informed but they did not reply since over 2h. There is nothing we can do at the moment. Please do not remove & re-add the bot it does not help at all. You may want to remove commands…

We do have the exact same problem with @AntiArabicScriptBot now :/
It seem to catch up but it may take hours to fully recover.
As mentioned before please do not remove and re-add the bot.
