By purchasing or engaging in any transaction for Fortnite accounts with me, you, the buyer, agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. No Warranty Provided I do not provide any warranties for the Fortnite accounts or associated email accounts. Any mention of “Safe to Main” or similar terminology is based on my own opinion or assessment at the time of sale. It does not guarantee that the account is free from risks or that it will remain secure.
2. Account Security I strive to offer the safest and most profitable Fortnite accounts, but I cannot guarantee that any account will remain secure or unaffected by issues such as account pulls or bans. I am not responsible for any losses, bans, or restrictions imposed on the account after the sale.
3. No Refunds or Replacements Once the account information is provided to the buyer, no refunds or replacements will be offered under any circumstances. This applies regardless of whether or not the account is pulled back or becomes inaccessible.
4. Acknowledgement of TOS By receiving the account information, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. This applies whether or not the transaction includes specific mention of warranties, as no warranty is provided at any stage.
5. Risk Acceptance By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are assuming all risks associated with the account and its use. I am not liable for any issues that arise post-purchase, including but not limited to account bans, pulls, or other issues affecting the account’s usability.
