How many people have developed relationships with supermarket owners or workers? A few of us have, but it's all rather impersonal. Now compare to buying food locally or from farmers' markets.

Biourbanism is first and foremost community, supermarkets are first and foremost profit over local community.

We should not just sit and cheer for farmers protesting, we should get out of our way to identify our local ones or markets, and buy directly from them. Same for fishmongers.

This will help us all when the rationing kicks in later this year. Build personal relationships with the people who produce and sell you food. Become friends. Support them and they will support you when the times get tough.

It's all about building relationships and strengthening local communities. This is a protest that works long term. Ignore government and corporations. Work with each other instead.

This is what some of us call biourbanism, or bioruralism even.

The RIGHT to SECURITY of PERSON

“Article 9

1. Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person.

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention.

No one shall be deprived of his liberty

except on such grounds and

2. Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him.

(a) Accused persons shall, save in exceptional circumstances, be segregated from convicted persons and shall be subject to separate treatment appropriate to their status as unconvicted persons;

(b) Accused juvenile persons shall be separated from adults and brought as speedily as possible for adjudication.

3. The penitentiary system shall comprise treatment of prisoners the essential aim of which shall be their reformation and social rehabilitation.

Juvenile offenders shall be segregated from adults and be accorded treatment appropriate to their age and legal status.

Article 11

No one shall be imprisoned merely on the ground of inability to fulfil a contractual obligation.”

NO-ONE has the right to derogate from your inalienable, fundamental Right to Bodily Integrity - including your MPs in government, your employer, your doctor/medical team, your council, your school or college or your University or any corporation or other entity.

HM the Queen - as Head of State- does not have the right to derogate from your inalienable, fundamental Right to Bodily Integrity.

This Right to Bodily Integrity cannot be derogated from - even in times of War or Public Health Emergency.
