Telegram Update Mini-App 2.0 Recently, information appeared on various Telegram media platforms about one of the largest updates in the history of Telegram Mini-Apps (TMA). What’s new? • Fullscreen Mode: Now you can fully immerse yourself in your favorite game. For example, it looks amazing in DOOM by Axiom Game Labs or the newly launched Tiny Verse. It’s also available on PC. • TMA Icons on Your Smartphone’s Home Screen This is really cool, in my opinion 😃 (see the logo example in the post). • Geolocation Data Usage. A great start/boost for potential TMA like Stepn, Pokémon Go, etc. • TMA Gifts Apps can now use accumulated stars to send you gifts. • Emoji Status from TMA If you have Telegram Premium, you can set an emoji status through a mini-app. For example, to show others that you're playing a game 🎮 or riding in a taxi 🚕. • Media Sharing from TMA Now, in the mini-apps of your favorite games, there is a sharing button. You can quickly share media or your referral link with friends. • Paid TMA Subscriptions For monetization, developers can offer subscriptions to their mini-apps using Telegram Stars.
