As far as you know, Islamic Republic of Iran's regime had cut off the Internet at various times, and in November 2019 has killed nearly 5,000 people on the streets for protesting against the regime. At the same time the Internet has been disconnected by Government, in order to prevent reporting this massacre to the free world. But in order to permanently cut off information, the regime decided to make a decision in their parliament, called the protection plan, which would permanently filter all software, including Telegram.
Over the past day, the internet speed has been slowed down in Iranian cities by Iranian regime. Some people are able to connect themselves to Telegram via filter breaker, but the laptop or phone hangs up and does nothing.
Previously this curriculum cut off Telegram and accessed the user's information, but now, with the method adopted the Telegram software becomes a regiment and the user can do practically nothing.
In this regard, I requst you to help the people of Iran to have permanent access to Telegram.
