Today, on the day of the formation of the Republic of Sakha, the head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, signed a decree on the development of a creative economy in this region.
He stressed that this step supports the republic's desire to become a leader in the field of creative industries and human capital.
The new decree is the result of long and purposeful work. The previous document from 2018, concerning the innovative and digital development of Yakutia, as well as the first regional concept for the development of creative industries developed in Russia in 2019, laid the foundation for the formation of a creative economy.
People are at the center of the creative economy, and therefore a supporting infrastructure has been created that contributes to the emergence of new businesses in the fields of creativity, innovation and digital technologies.
The industry will employ more than 70,000 people by 2030. The decree provides for an increase in the income of Yakut cinema to 2.5 billion rubles, an expansion of animation production to 2500 minutes, the creation of three world-class jewelry and fashion brands and other events.
Interestingly, the new decree pays attention to the development of traditional folk crafts.
Today everyone understands that Yakutia is replete not only with natural resources, but also with talented people who make a significant contribution to the expansion of the intellectual and economic potential of our country! We are ready to help with the implementation of projects aimed at developing the human capital of the republic!
