IMPORTANT UPDATE TO THE WARP PROJECT
One year ago, the WARP team came together and set out to chart a new course in the crypto world. We wanted to build a sci-fi universe on top of a crypto ecosystem, letting players unlock starships that they could use to fly to different staking pools, battle each other, earn experience, and grow their power.
And we did it. We launched WARP on Polygon, then created the first multi-chain NFT bridge for users to send starships to Fantom. Then it was time for Season 2. The team worked for over 7 months to bring Primus Starport and its various buildings, minigames, and activities to life. We worked to build a community, made some amazing partnerships and allies, and prepped for a launch of our token on BSC and our multichain gameplay on BSC, Ethereum, Polygon, Fantom, and Avalanche.
...but not all things work out in the galaxy. Despite our concerted effort, some seriously hard work from the Dev and Marketing teams, and our launch partners, we failed to achieve enough funding to support the Season 2 launch, with less than $5k raised over the course of a month. Our staff has been working on a volunteer basis for the past few months to cut down on expenses, and unfortunately there is no longer enough funds remaining to further development of this project.
To put it simply, the WARP Starship is returning to its dock, unloading its cargo, and going into storage for the time being. Unfortunately, this means we will not be launching Season 2, despite our best efforts. Here's what the team is doing to wind down our efforts and take care of our community:
1 - All Season 2 Token & Starship NFT proceeds have been refunded. If you bought tokens through a launchpad, they have been instructed to return your funds. If you bought a Season 2 starship from us, your funds are already back in your wallet. You get to keep the NFT though, hope you enjoy the badass image of your ship. 🙂
2 - The Season 2 ecosystem will not be launched, as launching the token and the Primus Starport database will require dev support and funds that we simply do not have.
3 - All remaining WARP funds are being returned to Polygon at the Season 1 Token address. If you owned Season 1 WARP token on Fantom, you have automatically been minted the equivalent WARP tokens on Polygon (remember, they both had different prices). More on that in a second.
4 - All Season 1 NFTs will remain accessible on Polygon and Fantom. If ever there is an opportunity to restart the WARP project for Season 2, these starships will remain viable components in the ecosystem.
While it is a terrible loss for us as a team to not let our hard work on Season 2 see the light of day, we also recognize that the global markets are just not in a state to support a project like ours. We remain optimistic that this may someday change, but for now, we want to return to our Season 1 state to allow our community to exit their Season 1 token holdings.
The Season 1 Polygon Token will be reactivated!
On Wednesday November 30th, at 1900UTC, the S1 WARP Token on Polygon will be unpaused with all the remaining liquidity available. As above, all S1 WARP token holders (staked/unstaked) from Fantom automatically have the S1 WARP token minted to them at the same wallet address on Polygon using the equivalent dollar value conversion. Once the token is unpaused, we will make an announcement notifying the community that they can sell their S1 WARP tokens if they so desire.
Over the last year, there have been lots of amazing memories we as a team have made from this project. From the Art Contest we held before S1 launch, to the message from Jonathan Frakes, the many times we all played in the WARP ARCADE together, and the AMAs and discussions we had with crypto leaders all over the world. This truly has been a dream project for us, and we couldn't have done it without you.

Season 2 is right around the corner! The team has been working around the clock to get our whole ecosystem to Season 2. It's crazy to see ourselves almost here, and this long road coming to its first big destination.
In preparation for the S2 WARP token launch for its new home on BSC, the team has officially paused the Season 1 WARP token on Polygon and Fantom. We are in the process of removing the liquidity from those pools and preparing those funds for the Season 2 token pool on BSC. Our Season 2 token and launchpad vesting contract has passed its audit with flying colors! But don't take our word for it, to review this audit you can visit the Solidity Finance page here:

For all liquid and staked Season 1 token holders, we are snapshotting the S1 WARP token at the current price of pausing the contract, $88.00 per WARP on Polygon and $60.60 per WARP on Fantom. These tokens will be migrated to BSC using the equivalent USD value at the time of the snapshot. All S1 tokens (total combination of tokens liquid+staked per wallet) will be available to be withdrawn in the Galactic Bank based on a reduced vesting schedule to provide access for all S1 token holders more rapidly than S2 presale buyers. This means that S1 token holders will have a release schedule that will have a shorter term and faster release than the S2 presale counterparts while still providing a fair and equitable pool allocation that focuses on the long term outlook for the project.
The full vesting details will be made available in a future announcement and on our website in the following days.

Step 1. Calculating the starship price:
starshipPrice = base cost of $100 + ((TotalStrength/3) - 250) * $0.18947
The more powerful a starship is, the more WARP that starship will earn, the growth being slightly exponential.
A $100 cost starship (the basic 250/250/250 strength starship) will earn $1/day, thus getting a ROI in 100 days.
The $1000 cost starship (the most powerful 5000/5000/5000 starship) will earn $16.66 / day, thus getting a ROI in 60 days.
Step 2. Determine the starship ROI (in how many days it will get the price value back)
daysROI = 100 - ((TotalStrength/3) - 250) / 120
Step 3. Calculate how much WARP the starship gets every day
freeWarpDaily = starshipPrice / daysROI
Example calculation for a 1000/1000/1000 starship (3000 strength total)
starshipPrice = $100 + (1000 - 250) * $0.18947 = $242
daysROI = 100 - (1000 - 250) / 120 = 93.75
freeWarpDaily = 242 / 93.75 = 2.58 $ worth of WARP
Claiming the Free WARP credits.
User has 24hrs to manually claim the WARP credits the starship has earned.
The WARP does not accumulate, so if the user missed claiming in a day, user will lose that Warp credit.
