Never shall the sons of Columbia be slaves, while the earth bears a plant, or the sea rolls its waves.
Never shall the sons of America bend, but united their rights and their freedom defend.

"It was still the Wild West in those days, the West of Owen Wister's stories and Frederic Remington's drawings, the West of the Indian and the buffalo-hunter, the soldier and the cow-puncher. That land of the West has gone now, 'gone, gone with lost Atlantis,' gone to the isle of ghosts and of strange dead memories. It was a land of vast silent spaces, of lonely rivers, and of plains where the wild game stared at the passing horseman. It was a land of scattered ranches, of herds of long-horned cattle, and of reckless riders who unmoved looked in the eyes of life or of death."

“It should be your care, therefore, and mine, to elevate the minds of our children and exalt their courage; to accelerate and animate their industry and activity; to excite in them an habitual contempt of meanness, abhorrence of injustice and inhumanity, and an ambition to excel in every capacity, faculty, and virtue."

🇺🇸 Flags of Patriot Front 🇺🇸 The Minnesota Heritage Flag
In light of the defacing of Minnesota's flag and seal as an act to deprive the state of its symbols of ethnic heritage, a version has been created by activists which strikes the heritage of the state in even bolder form. Each symbol present is derived directly from the traditional flag of Minnesota.
The design features the French motto of the state, reading "The Star of The North" alongside a rifle that leads a plow atop a crushed Indian war spear. The diamond center of the North Star represents the rough outline of Fort Snelling, the bastion from which the state was conquered and savage tribes subdued.
