Babylon Announces Phase-1, Cap-2 Bitcoin Staking Mainnet Launch Cap-2 will be time-limited - it will last for 10 BTC blocks, from 864790 to 864799 (inclusive). • Staking transaction limits during Cap-2: The minimum transaction amount is still 0.005 BTC. The maximum amount per transaction has been increased from 0.05 BTC in Cap-1 to 0.5 BTC. • Transaction cancellation fee: The transaction cancellation fee for bets accepted during the Cap-2 period will be set at 0.00032 BTC, which is 50% less compared to Cap-1 bets. • Points for BTC block: Starting from block 864790, the number of BTC points per block will increase from 3125 to 10000 . 10,000 points will be distributed proportionally between all active bets (from all limits) in this block. All other parameters and requirements for Phase-1 remain the same.
