This morning, the #NATOCHoDs discussed the outcomes of the #NATOSummit in Vilnius, incl. executability of #RegionalPlans:
+ Troops at higher readiness;
+ Capability building & development;
+ Adaptation of C2 structures;
+ Enablement;
