🔐 BAN / UNBAN SERVICES
⏳ Order Delivery Time
🔻(TAT) Turnaround time; the time taken by a process from initiation to completion.
The processing time for a ban/unban (TAT) is an average estimate and can vary based on factors such as workload, account strength, internal processes of different social media platforms, and holidays. Some accounts may be banned within 2 hours, while others may take over a month. In any case, any payment related to an account not completed or rejected within *TAT x 2* will be refunded immediately.
🔒Permanency of Bans
🔻Ban Status:
Typically, banned accounts are permanently deleted. However, this depends on the type of ban, the platform, and the user's motivation and effort. Our task and responsibility end with the ban. We are not responsible for reinstatements.
🔄 Unban Services
🔻Account Restoration;
Our responsibility ends once your account is reactivated. If you or someone else causes the account to be banned again, we offer no guarantees.
🔻Unban Requests:
For accounts banned by us, if the account owner contacts us and requests unbanning, we will reject the request without providing a reason. We will only accept unban requests from the original customer who placed the ban order.

🔻Client Privacy:
We care about customers' privacy and security. We do not share your information with anyone.
Do not ask if your account was banned by us.Who placed this order? We prioritize our clients' privacy and will not respond to such inquiries.
❌ Right to Reject Orders
🔻Order Rejection:
We reserve the right to reject any job without providing a reason. Rude behavior, spamming, and frequent inquiries about orders are not tolerated. We have a system that regularly updates you on your order status; please wait for the TAT time. If the process is rejected, completed, or faces any issues, we will inform you. Be patient and let us do our job.
📦 Bulk Orders
🔻Individual Processing;
For bulk orders, each order is processed individually and retains its independence. Completed and incomplete tasks are billed separately.
💳 Payment and Deposit
🔻MM or ESCROW Services:
We accept any reputable MM or ESCROW service, but the commission must be paid by you. We do not start any order without a deposit, even for returning clients. If you have an order, your funds must be ready and held by us or the intermediary.
💼 Success Guarantee
🔻Payment and Refund Policy:
We only take payment upon successful completion of the task. If the task fails, we issue a full refund.
