Execution of Gholamali Shakerian in Sepidar Prison, Ahvaz 🆔@kampainhr On the morning of Saturday, November 2, 2024, the execution of Gholamali Shakerian, a 30-year-old prisoner from Ahvaz who had been sentenced to death for “premeditated murder,” was carried out in Sepidar Prison, Ahvaz. According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Gholamali Shakerian was arrested about a year ago on charges of killing a friend after a verbal altercation and was subsequently sentenced to execution (retribution) following legal proceedings.
