In the event of a dispute, I will exert my best efforts to reach a resolution between the parties involved. However, I reserve the right to make a final decision on the matter. If no agreement is reached and I can't determine which user is right, funds will be split evenly, with each party receiving 50%.

What is a Middleman?

A middleman is a trusted 3rd party who has built a solid reputation within the community, and has experience and trust with millions of dollars transacted across thousands of deals throughout the years.

A middleman's role is to overlook and ensure the safety & fairness of a deal.

How a middleman deal goes:
1) Buyer sends middleman funds
2) Seller sends buyer info of product / delivers service
3) Buyer secures & confirms that the product/service has been delivered
4) Middleman releases the funds to the seller
