In the previous post, we have discussed the importance of a particular plan of becoming
a long-distance runner. Today, we will provide some planning tips on how to build up distance week by week for every runners' levels
🔰 For beginning runners, your mileage can increase by 20-25% each week. If you’re running 4-6km on your long run, you can safely add 1,5km or more each week to that run.
🔰 For more experienced runners, aim to increase by no more than 10-15% each week. This is especially important when your long run distance > 15km, as it helps prevent injuries and also gives you more time for personal life.
