My first ever relief carving, an image taken from a helmet tablet. This was a huge learning curve, and I cannot wait to create more in this series! Made from a piece of dressed NZ pine (which I believe acts differently to overseas pine wood!)
Just an appreciation post for my cousin’s beautiful quilts. I’m always blown away by her projects and amazed by how she’s mastered the craft in just three short years. Our grandmother was a quilter and she obviously inherited her talent! 🪡
Special delivery from Loom Woven.🤍 The Sungold scarf is even more elegant in person. The craftsmanship and care that goes into her work truly speaks for itself.☀️
For many people, specific aromas and tastes evoke cherished memories of the holiday season. For me, it's rosettes. They transport me back to my grandmother’s kitchen where she lovingly prepared them. What I wouldn’t give to have just one of her rosettes again. ❤️ Happy holiday baking!
Redo of the spiral stitch bracelet I’ve been working on since l wasn't happy with the first attempt. These colors feel perfect for winter and the solstice. ❄️🕯️
