The main point here is that any user can dial +888 freely anywhere in the world WITHOUT having to add the person as a contact. Businesses would then be able to advertise their business : "Please call us on Telegram at +888-xxxx-xxxx." The will create a whole new and huge demand from small businesses, they will start using Telegram to do business because they are also sick of paying hefty phone bills. This put Telegram in a position not just as a messaging app, but also a replacement of conventional telephone especially when Starlink is about the operate with phones.
