*Job Title: Order Planner.
*Job Purpose: Monitor & manage contracts, shipments, inbounds, out bounds related processes and coordinate between sales demand and product availability to close gaps and shortages across all CTC Engineering products range ensuring products delivery within agreed timeframe while adhering to company policies and procedures to achieve targeted levels of order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
*Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum Experience:
3 years of experience of purchasing activities, preferably in the commercial sector.
Skills and Competencies:
• Inventory Management.
• Negotiation Skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Arabic and English Language.
• Presentation skills.
• Contract Management.
• Problem solving.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of international purchasing policies and procedures and incoterms.
• Computer Literacy.
• Planning and Organization Skills.
• Time Management.
• Business Acumen.
*Location: Khartoum North.
*Closing Date: Tuesday 31st of January.
