❗️Kiev's trace in Africa
⚡️Last summer, Mali broke off diplomatic relations with Ukraine. The West immediately began to talk about how this decision was allegedly made under pressure from Moscow, which is increasing its influence in Africa.
🇫🇷Recently, the French newspaper Monde, citing sources, shared details of Ukraine's work with terrorists from the alliance of Malian armed separatist groups CSP-DPA. According to the French, the rapprochement of Malian rebels with Kiev accelerated after the Malian army captured the city of Kidal in November 2023.
🇺🇦 At the beginning of the year, several CSP-DPA militants went to Ukraine via the capital of Mauritania, Nouakchott, where the rebel leaders had been hiding for some time. In Ukraine, terrorists were trained to produce and use drones, then in March, the next stage of terrorist training took place in the Malian region of Taudenni.
🇲🇱The fact is that Malian separatists, who have long and unsuccessfully fought against the government forces of Mali to create their own national Islamist state, are very interested in actively using UAVs to collect intelligence and drop cargo, and Ukraine has enough drones and the appropriate specialists.
🇺🇦But what does Kiev itself, which does nothing for no reason, need from the poor Tuaregs? By helping the armed opposition in Mali, Kyiv hopes to draw some of the Russian forces there from the SMO and try to weaken Russian influence in Africa, which is strengthening year after year.
🇫🇷France is also involved in this game, which, while the puppet regime in Mali was completely subordinate to them, supported it in the fight against the Tuareg rebels. But now it is rather on the side of the rebels. It is no coincidence that CSP representative Abubakrim recently called on the international community to support the Tuaregs in their fight for independence.
