On April 13th, the "B³" Bitcoin conference took place in Podgorica. Listeners got acquainted with both the basic topics "History of Money / What is Bitcoin" and the advanced ones "Bitcoin strategy of Montenegro and other states" by Samsom Mow, "Fast Bitcoin transactions on Lightning /Liquid and retail application cases", "Fundamental differences between the Bitcoin blockchain and other blockchains." Egor @agora_sever spoke on how to buy and sell Bitcoin in Montenegro with minimal costs. Prince Philip Karadjordjević, a well-known proponent of Bitcoinization, made the closing remarks.
