📣FAQ from players feed

We’ve received lots questions recently. Here are the most common ones and their solutions:

1️⃣ Has BBQ given out any tokens? I only minted the NFT.
A : Sure! 20% BBQ tokens of the airdrop quota have already been distributed based on the airdrop rules. Please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria, if you didnt get BBQ airdrop means you might have a chance to get NFT & share NFT prize pool

2️⃣ Why didn’t I receive the token?
A : Tokens were distributed based on four dimensions in the airdrop rules. Please check if you qualify for the token airdrop or if you have received the NFT airdrop instead.

3️⃣ Why didn’t I receive the NFT?
A : - If you already got BBQ token airdrop means you cant get NFT anymore
- Please check if you successfully paid the mint fee
- If you paid the gas fee but didn’t receive the NFT, please fill out the form and dev team will assist you.

4️⃣My claimed token has not been verified.
A : Wallet verification is currently being updated, stay tuned for official updates.

5️⃣ Unable to connect the app to wallet for receiving BBQ tokens?
A: Try these steps:
-Restart the MiniApp, wallet, and your device.
-Switch between Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
If the issue persists, please submit your details via the feedback form.

6️⃣ Didn’t receive any airdrop (no tokens, no NFT)?
A: Early players can receive consecutive BBQ airdrops over the next 5 months. If you didn’t receive any, it may mean you are eligible for an NFT instead. Please ensure you have completed the NFT minting process and successfully paid the gas fee. Without this, the airdrop cannot be claimed.
