🇷🇺❄️Social disaster in the #Moscow Oblast and other Russian cities❗️
🔻Since the end of December last year, more cities in the Moscow Oblast began to report heating problems. One of the first on this large list was Klimovsk, where several residential buildings were left without heating during severe frosts.
▪️After this event, similar accidents (pipeline breaks, heating plant failures and inexplicable boiler downtime) began to be reported in other suburbs of Moscow. Even in several districts of the capital there were problems.
▪️One of the causes of mass accidents was a failure of the heating network as a result of incorrect operation of the private boiler room of the Klimowski Specialized Zakłady Kartuszowe CJSC, as a result of which residential premises, medical, educational and kindergarten facilities were left without heat and hot water.
❗️In addition, accidents in the housing and communal services sector became common after heating and hot water shortages began to be reported in homes and communal institutions in other cities of the country, from Saint Petersburg and Khasavyurt to Nogliki and Magadan.
To this day, thousands of people across Russia remain without heating. A state of emergency has already been introduced in Khimki. Then there was an accident in Korolev.
❓You know what's the most interesting? This could have been prevented because we have both the staff and the capacity to solve this problem. For some reason they just didn't do it, which led to spontaneous downtime.
And the local authorities probably knew about it, but hid the real situation. This is confirmed by the fact that for almost a day they remained silent about a collapse of this scale, trying to solve everything quietly.
They were obviously aware of this, but for some reason (apparently corrupt) they decided to let it all go.
