Today Russia attacked the Chernihiv city centre. 5 people were killed and 37 were injured, among them 11 children.

During the attack, Russian terrorists targeted Taras Shevchenko Chernihiv Theatre. Established in 1926, it is among Ukraine's oldest and most prominent regional theatres.

That's what the terrorist state does — kills children and adults, ruins architecture, wounds cities. All Russian war criminals must be stopped and punished.

Zaporizhzhia. Pokrovsk. Kherson. Starokostiantyniv. Kupiansk. Kyiv — and more. In their latest attacks, Russian military targeted people all over Ukraine — from the capital to small villages. Less than a week to kill dozens and injure hundreds of Ukrainians.

The terrorist state doesn’t stop until it’s stopped. We should join efforts to put an end to Russia’s aggression — for the sake of the world where people enjoy life, not die under the rubble of destroyed homes.

Russians once again attacked a civilian infrastructure facility in Zaporizhzhia. 1 person was killed, and 19 people were injured. This time, they hit a hotel that hosted a day camp for children. Fortunately, the camp was closed an hour before the shelling.

The UN staff and representatives of other humanitarian organisations have also been using the Reikartz Hotel to help the residents of Zaporizhzhia. No military targets were at the strike site, and the area was often crowded.

Once again, Russia deliberately targets civilian objects, resulting in the deaths of civilians. This terror cannot continue. Russia must be held accountable for its war crimes.

Two Russian missiles hit a residential area in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region. At least 5 people was killed, and at least 31 injured. Rescuers are looking for people under the rubble. The Russians damaged multi-storey buildings, private households, a hotel, restaurants, shops, and administrative buildings.

This is another Russia’s brutal terrorist attack against Ukrainian civilians. Russia leaves Ukrainian cities with burnt ruins and shattered lives. We must stop this horror and hold Russia accountable for its war crimes.

This evening, Russia dropped a guided aerial bomb against a blood transfusion centre in the Kharkiv region. Dead and injured are reported.

Another horrible war crime that says everything about Russian aggression. People were treated in this centre, and the doctors gave them hope for recovery. The terrorist state destroys everything that simply allows us to live.

Russia must be held accountable for its war crimes!

Russia’s terror has no schedule. You fall asleep at night without knowing whether you will ever wake up the morning after.

This night, Russian forces attacked several regions of Ukraine with missiles and drones — 3 people in Odesa didn’t survive it, while 26 people received injuries. Two children and a pregnant woman among them.

One more night spent under air raid sirens and Russia’s missile attack. Tonight on May 9, Russia attacked Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities with 25 missiles of various types — 23 of them were shot down by Ukrainian air defence.

In the background, Russian Federation continues chairing the world’s key organ charged with ensuring global peace and security.

🕯 P.S. Eternal memory to a Ukrainian hero whose last moments of life were unbelievably painful. It feels unlikely we will ever know his name but we have to make sure the names of Russia’s war criminals appear in a just sentence.
