Make the most of the recorder on your smartphone and practise pronunciation. This is a good way of learning pronunciation because you might know it when you first hear it then forget it later.

🧠يمكن للانسان الاحتفاظ باربع معلومات فقط في الذاكرة قصيرة المدى ثم تحذف او تنقل الى الذاكرة طويلة المدى
⬇️كيف ننقل المعلومات إلى الذاكرة طويله المدى؟
1⃣التكرار المتباعد هو الأفضل
👈لازم تستخدم المعلومات كثيرا او تكررها 10 مرات على 5 ايام مثلا: ربع ساعة يوميا لمدة 5 ايام يثبت المعلومة
2⃣النوم جيدا
3⃣شرب الماء
73% من تركيب الدماغ ماء يؤكد على اهمية الماء
4⃣ الاكل البحري / اوميجا 3 يقوي الذاكرة
5⃣ حفظ المعلومة بشكل كوميدي
6⃣فن الاستذكارmnemonics
👈ربط المعلومة الجديدة بصورة كوميدي ساخرة🤡😅
7⃣ اللحن : تكون جمل بلحن يسهل عليك ترديده
لها وزن وقافية
8⃣جمع في كلمة واحدة(اختصار)
مثلا اول حرف من كل جملة واربطهم بكلمة واحدة مثل (عزا مزان) تجميع لاسماء الكواكب بالترتيب.
9⃣بطاقات الحفظ Memory Cards
ضع المعلومات في كروت وكل فترة تعيد الكرت مع التركيز على حفظ كرت واحد فقط يوميا
