Nearly All Gen Z Workers Use AI Regularly, Survey Finds
A recent survey from Harris Poll and Google Workspace reveals that 93% of Gen Z workers use AI tools weekly, with 82% leveraging AI to assist with tasks like drafting emails and overcoming language barriers.
Millennials are close behind, with 79% regularly turning to AI at work.
Beyond efficiency, emerging leaders view AI as a way to advance their careers. “AI isn’t just about speed; it’s a career catalyst,” said Yulie Kwon Kim of Google Workspace.
The findings also highlight how AI is reshaping workplace dynamics:
- 88% say AI helps strike the right tone in writing.
- 87% feel more confident crafting long emails.
- 90% believe AI-powered note-taking would ease joining meetings on the go.
With nearly all respondents (98%) expecting AI to transform their industries within five years, the future of work seems undeniably AI-driven.
