Thanks to all those who send useless messages to the support chat we've take the decision to use a bot for the automatic management of communications with the support, to avoid a good part of the fools, spam or scam. Remember that some actions can cause a total ban from NeleBots, including related groups and channels. In the maintime let's wait for Telegram to stop thinking about the premium features of emoticons and start filling the gaps that have been there for years now, such as a support chat for business companies (also Zozzap have this thing), recognition and auto-mute of spam in private chat, and other privacy settings like "new private chat block" for non-contact.
