Syrian Golan-400 MLRS of its own design, mounted on pickup trucks, in the ranks of the 4th Armored Division of the SAA on the way to the front lines.
During the civil war, the Syrian army developed a whole line of simple homemade MLRS called Golan 250, 300 and 400 based on pickups and trucks, as well as the super-heavy Golan-1000 on a tank chassis.
For obvious reasons, there are no guided rockets for such vehicle, but due to the simplicity of producing launchers and ammunition for them, even in war-torn Syria, these MLRS serve as a kind of alternative to full-fledged artillery in providing fire support.
