A group of Israeli settlers assaulted two female IDF soldiers near the West Bank settlement of Givat Asaf earlier today, the military says. The IDF says the soldiers were treated at the scene, and the assailants fled. "The IDF condemns all violence against its soldiers and will continue to work to maintain order in Judea and Samaria," the military adds. In the same area today, a group of Jewish extremists attempted to burn olive trees in the village of Burqa. Palestinians in the area threw rocks at the assailants, lightly injuring two of them, according to medics and security sources.
