2) SET DAILY GOALS AND ACCOMPLISH THEM
From now on, I want you to set daily goals. For example - you have to start saying that from tomorrow I am going to drink one litre of water till a month. No matter how much junk food you eat at least you are going to drink 1litre of water because thats the promise you made to yourself. And if you start doing it actually you will realise that OH! WAIT A MINUTE IF I SAY SOMETHING I ACTUALLY DO IT!! So in this way you are going to trust yourself right?
Imagine, if you have a friend but he is never on time.You meet them and they are all always late. So, next time when you hangout with that friend will you trust him? No because you know that he is always late. So, confidence in them is gone.
In the same way, when you promise yourself that from tomorrow I am going to gym, from tomorrow I am going to study or from tomorrow I am going to do this that... And you end up doing none of these things. What happens is you don't trust yourself anymore you words mean nothing to you and that's the issue you have lack of confidence.
Like one day you tell yourself, you know I am going to build that company ,that business, I am going to get that guy/ girl..
Your brain will be like bro, you can't even drink one litre of water per day and you are going to build that business that company HAHA ππππ§ββπͺ
