Afsaneh Hesami Fard is an Iranian female mountaineer who conquered Mount Everest (8848 m) from April 22 to May 24, 2022. She had conquered Mount Damavand on April 2022 as well.
She succeeded as the first Iranian woman to conquer Mount K2 (8611 m).

افسانه حسامی فرد بانوی کوهنورد ایرانی است که از ۲۲ فروردین تا ۲۴ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۱، قله ۸۸۴۸ متری اورست را فتح نمود. وی در ۱۷ فروردین ۱۴۰۱ قله دماوند را فتح نموده بود.
وی موفق شد به‌عنوان نخستین زن ایرانی قله ۸۶۱۱ متری کی‌۲ را فتح کند.

کشور ایران در گذشته بسیار پهناورتر بوده است و دسترسی به مناطق و شهرهای مختلف کشور، خارج از قدرت نیروی انسانی بوده از همین رو ایرانیان شروع به پرورش اسب کردند و در هر منطقه‌ای با توجه به شرایط و کاربرد اسب در آن منطقه نژاد گوناگونی را به وجود آوردند این‌گونه شد که ایران را مهد پرورش اسب می‌دانند. مارکوپولو هم در این باره می‌نویسد: در ایران بهترین و زیباترین اسب‌های جهان موجود است.

The Borujerdi House, as one of the most beautiful buildings left from the Qajar dynasty period, was built in Kashan in 1857 by Seyyed Hasan Natanzi (Boroujerdi), one of the great merchants of Natanz. This house has an area of 1700 m squared & has been registered in in the Iranian National monuments list. It has also been declared the top UNESCO choice in 2015 & 2016.
One of the attractive & spectacular facts about the Boroujerdi House is watching the art & creativity of Sani al-Molk & Kamal al-Molk. The paintings & plaster casts of this mansion were created by these two famous Iranian artists, & are considered as masterpieces of Iranian art in terms of aesthetics.
The paintings of this mansion have been created in a special way & different methods such as oil & water colors were employed.

خانه بروجردی‌ها به عنوان یکی از زیباترین بناهای به‌جا مانده از دوره قاجار شناخته می‌شود و در سال ۱۲۹۲ توسط سید حسن نطنزی (بروجردی)، یکی از بازرگانان نطنزی، در شهر کاشان ساخته شد. این خانه ۱۷۰۰ مترمربع مساحت دارد و در فهرست آثارملی كشور به ثبت رسیده است. همچنین در سال 2015 و 2016 به عنوان جاذبه توریستی محبوب توسط سازمان یونسکو انتخاب شده است.
یکی از نکات جذاب و دیدنی خانه بروجردی‌ها، تماشای هنر و خلاقیت صنیع‌الملک و کمال‌الملک است. نقاشی‌ها و گچ‌بری‌های موجود در این عمارت به دست این دو هنرمند نامدار ایرانی خلق و اجرا شده و از نظر اصول زیبایی‌شناسی به عنوان شاهکار هنر ایران شناخته می‌شود.
نقاشی‌های این عمارت به شکل ویژه و با استفاده از شیوه‌های متفاوت و با رنگ‌وروغن و آبرنگ اجرا شده‌اند.

ابوبکر محمد بن زکریای رازی، اخترشناس، ریاضی‌دان و جغرافی‌دان ایرانی نخستین کسی بود که اسید سولفوریک را کشف کرد. این کشف نه‌تنها در آن دوران بسیار مهم بود، بلکه فونداسیون لازم برای مهندسی شیمی در دوران مدرن را نیز بنا کرد.
اسید سولفوریک امروز در تولید مواد بسیاری زیادی، از کود شیمیایی گرفته تا مواد شوینده استفاده می‌شود و بر هر چیزی، از کشاورزی گرفته تا زندگی شهری تاثیر گذاشته است. بسیاری از اوقات نیز قدرت صنعتی کشورها براساس میزان اسید سولفوریک تولید شده از سوی آن‌ها سنجیده می‌شود.

The names of some Iranian women is mentioned among the 50 scientists registered in the book of "Biography of Asian Female Scientists" published by the Association of Asian Science Academies and Scientific Societies (AASSA).
Dr. Tahereh Kaghazchi & Dr. Zahra Emam-Djomeh are two Iranian scientists whom the Academy of Sciences of the Islamic Republic of Iran introduced to the Association of Academies & Societies of Sciences in Asia as the most prominent Asian women in science & engineering.
The selection of the bests in Asia has been made by exploring the candidates nominated by 30 academies in the Asia-Pacific region.
Dr. Kaghazchi is a member of the engineering sciences group of Iranian Academy of Sciences & the professor of chemical engineering in Amirkabir University of Technology, & Dr. Emam-Djomeh is the professor of science & food industry engineering in the college of Agriculture and Natural Resources in University of Tehran.

در کتاب «شرح حال دانشمندان زن آسیا» که توسط انجمن آکادمی های علوم و مجامع علمی آسیا (AASSA) منتشر شده در بین ۵۰ دانشمند ثبت شده در این کتاب نام چند بانوی ایرانی به چشم می خورد.
از جمله خانمها دکتر طاهره کاغذ چی و دکتر زهرا امام جمعه، دو دانشمند ایرانی هستند که طی نامه ای از سوی فرهنگستان علوم جمهوری اسلامی برای معرفی به عنوان برجسته ترین زنان آسیا در علوم و مهندسی به انجمن آکادمی های علوم و مجامع علمی آسیا معرفی شده اند.
انتخاب برترین های آسیا با بررسی نامزدهای معرفی شده از سوی ۳۰ آکادمی در منطقه آسیا و اقیانوسیه صورت گرفته است.
دکتر طاهره کاغذچی، عضو گروه علوم مهندسی فرهنگستان علوم و استاد مهندسی شیمی دانشگاه صنعتی امیرکبیر است و دکتر زهرا امام جمعه، استاد علوم و مهندسی صنایع غذایی پردیس کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه تهران است.

The hat is made of sheep's wool felt, which is made by rolling & compressing wool accompanied by the application of moisture or heat, & placing it in a mold.
