Blue lights, bright fluorescent lights, and lights with extreme flicker, can cause many negative health effects.

It’s crazy how in the hospitals, these lights are the brightest. Causing more harm to everyone.

I have always been very sensitive to lights. I can only stay in a department store for about 30 minutes before I start having a headache. When I was visiting someone in the hospital last month, I had to wear a hat and sunglasses, as it was an instant dizziness and headache for me.
