I recommend carrying a few boo-boo size bandaids, a couple z-fold gauzes, alcohol pads, a couple saline squeeze bottles, a chest seal, a 4” israeli bandage, and a dozen safety pins as a bare minimum. Build up from there based on what you know how to use/need-use basis.
