I. Only @Masci (Owner and Person in Charge) are responsible for handling all transactions at @frragment. If someone else tries to make interaction, it's a scam, so be careful.
II. Payment is made at the start of the transaction (after sending the format) by providing clear proof of payment and not cropping or cross-outing. Once payment proof is attached, orders will be processed. It is not allowed to cancel a transaction after you have paid.
III. @frragment only accepts payments through QRIS and DANAIV. The order processing time ranges from 0-10 minutes for Telegram Premium Full Warranty and 0-48 hours for Telegram Premium No Warranty. Depending on both of our conditions, it only takes a matter of minutes for other products. Confirmation will be provided if
@frragment encounters issues with order processing.
V. Cancelling an order after payment is made is not allowed unless @frragment's party wishes. @frragment won't refund your money if it's your fault, but they will refund it if it was
@frragment's fault.
VI. Please ask first for in-rush orders. @frragment will always strive to ensure that all transactions at
@frragment occur quickly.
VII. Despite not having specific working hours (Open & Close). @frragment can accept all orders if the owner is online. Further updates will be made on the
@frragment channel and broadcast bot regarding this.
VIII. No rude buyers. When making a transaction, please be courteous. If you want to be respected, respect others.
IX. If I don't reply to your message within 30 minutes, you can contact me multiple times. It's important to use polite language, of course.
