this more than 40 days ago, in which I mentioned missing running. After thinking about it, I realized that the main reason for not running was a lack of time. Starting a new job made me hesitant to be away from home for too long.
However, I discovered that I could run in the morning. I'm a morning person, and my family members are still asleep at that time. Since that decision, I've managed to complete 17 morning workouts. I can confidently say that 5 o'clock in the morning is the best time for running. The weather is delightful, the air carries a refreshing scent, the streets are uncrowded, and you can enjoy the sunrise while listening to the birds' songs.
