Terms of Service ‼️ 1. Finality of Deals • All completed deals are considered final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. Payment Policy • For commissions under $1,000: payment is required upfront • For commissions above $1,000: a deposit of 50% is required upfront 3. Payment Procedure • I do not offer upfront services. You must pay before work begins or we can utilize a reputable middleman at your expense. • I only accept crypto-currency as payment. 4. Delivery Timelines • Estimated delivery timelines will be discussed before the project begins. Delays caused by incomplete information or changes to the project scope are not my responsibility. 5. Project Cancellation • If the project is cancelled by you after work has started, any payment received will be non-refundable. 6. Liability Limitation • I am not responsible for damages, losses or issues resulting from how the final product is used after delivery. 7. Additional Work • Any additional features or changes requested after the project scope is agreed upon will require a new agreement and may incur additional charges. 8. Termination • I reserve the right to terminate the project or agreement if there is a breach of terms or inappropriate behaviour from the client. By dealing with me, you agree to all the terms listed above.
