Together, we have built something truly special—something that goes beyond just a group or a Game. We have created a community rooted in trust, support, and shared aspirations. I would like to take a moment to express that the recent delay in receiving rewards from TON COOK has made you unhappy. I myself feel guilty for not fulfilling my role as a project CEO. I also have to share the truth, because the TON network has had problems with interrupted or suspended transactions at times. This has caused your withdrawals to temporarily not reach each user. In addition, with over half a million daily active users, the rewards must be guaranteed to all users. We prioritize the SAFETY of your funds over how quickly they can be transferred. Because of your absolute trust in the TON COOK team, we have stayed up all night to try to pay you on time after the TON network is back online.
