‎خۆشەویستی لای جەلادەت وەک مۆسیقا بوو، وەک چۆن لە مۆسیقادا دواجار مرۆڤ نازانێت دەیەوێت بڵێت چی، لە خۆشەویستی ڕاستەقینەشدا مرۆڤ نازانێت دەیەوێت بڵێت چی. کێشەکە هەر بێتوانایی زمان و کەم قودرەتی وشە نەبوو لە تەعبیرکردندا، بەڵکوو ئەوە بوو کە دواجار خۆشەویستی ڕاستەقینە وەک مۆسیقا ئامانجێکی نییە، تەفسیرێکی نییە بۆ لێرەیە و چی دەوێت، کە توانی تێبگات چی دەوێت، لەوە دەکەوێت خۆشەویستی بێت، کە ڕوخسارێکی نەگۆڕ و تەفسیرێکی کۆتایی وەرگرت ئیتر دەمرێت. خۆشەویستی ئەوەیە کە شادومانی بە بوونی ئەم مرۆڤە لەسەر زەوی، شادومانییەک هیچ مەبەستێکی لەپشت نییە، عاشقێکی ڕاستەقینە یەکێکی خۆشناوێت لەبەر ئەوەی جوانە، بەویقارە، ئەفسوناوییە، بەڕەوشتە، بەمەکرە یان هەر سیفەتێکی بێ مانای تر. بەڵکوو لەبەر ئەوەی ئەوە تەنیا ڕێگایە بیر لە هیچ غایەتێک نەکاتەوە.

Mihemed Şêxo - Mihemed Shekho (1948 - 9 March 1989)

Today marks the 33nd death anniversary of the Kurdish singer Mihemed Şêxo. He belonged to the elite among Kurdish singers and his music with its sentimental, traditional, and political lyrics influenced to great extent listeners and musicians likewise from all around Kurdistan.

Mihemed Şêxo had many stations in life that were characterized on the one hand by poverty, oppression, prosecution, and imprisonment. On the other hand, he won the hearts of millions of Kurds with the efforts he gave during his lifetime to reinforce the Kurdish cause through music and the legacy he left after his death for the next generations.
