However, these militias all have different leaders, goals, command structures, and ideologies. My source says that two or three factions from within the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces have taken the individual and independent decision to join the fight against HTS terrorists in Syria. It is not a large amount, a few hundred fighters for now.
