Rush orders will incur an additional fee of 2,000 to 8,000 depending on the difficulty and time limit. Admins do not always accept rush orders, so please ask and confirm with the admin first.          VII. Our working hours are 09:00 to 21:00. No deadlines are accepted outside of these hours, rushes are calculated according to business hours and please do not 'spam' outside of business hours or re-send messages during business hours.          VIII. We only “accept minor revisions twice,” if there are major revisions or minor revisions more than twice will be charged IDR 2,000 - 6,000.          IX. No refunds will be accepted if it is not the fault of the admin or requested by the admin.          X.
