The updated RewardRouterV2 contracts have been deployed and are ready to be used on Arbitrum and Avalanche mainnet

This allows the distribution of GMX tokens as rewards to staked GMX
Notes:
- The GlpRewardRouter contract for GLP remains unchanged
- Calling some functions e.g. unstake, compound on the new RewardRouter will migrate the staking structure for the account, after which the account would not be able to use functions in the current RewardRouter
The current RewardRouter contracts will be disabled on 28 Oct 2024
