Strategic partnership between Lithuania and France in action. Together with my colleague @steph_sejourne we are determined to continue supporting Ukraine, whatever victory takes, to counter Russia’s interference, and to step up our own security.
An important meeting today in Chisinau with @sandumaiamd. As Lithuanians we speak from experience – EU accession was a turning point for our country, and it will be for Moldova too. There is no doubt about it. Trăiască Moldova europeană!
Good to meet @cgherasimov today in Chisinau to discuss a long awaited and very welcome start of the EU accession talks. Lithuania will do its best to make the EU membership of Moldova and Ukraine a reality in soonest possible terms.

Ordinary Russia is sick. Healing will be a long and gruelling process which can only start when Russia, not just Putin, is defeated. Without a defeat in Ukraine, Russia will just keep spreading.🧵6/7

Good news, today in Brussels it was agreed to start both the visa-free dialogue and EPF support for Armenia.
