We are all about forgiveness today! Seems like we’ve been asked to push the point a little and bring the topic to the fore…😉 You don’t forgive people because they deserve it - you forgive them because YOU don’t need the burden of holding on to any kind of grudge or resentment. Because that stuff is heavy to carry and will only grind you down! As such, forgiveness doesn’t justify their actions, it simply and purely sets YOU free ✨💫✨ Make it a regular part of your practice to forgive anyone for anything and everything that you perceive was ‘wrong’ or caused harm in some way. And don’t forget to forgive, possibly the hardest and definitely the most important person out there - YOU! 🙏💛
