Now go look at your creations.

Write down the things you enjoy in them, or say them out loud.

Even if they're "wrong" like say, the shading doesn't make sense, or there are finger prints left on the clay, or the wording feels bad, or whatever.

look from an outsider's prespective. ignore your original idea and focus on what that is infront of you.

Did you enjoy the process?
What did you get right?
What parts of it do you like the most?
what did you learn from this art of yours? perhaps a new trick? it doesn't matter if it's small.

don't let creation feel like a punishment to you.

you gotta take it easy, and you need to stop punishing yourself for creating.

Also spending a lot of time focusing on bad things. It is good to focus on your mistakes and realize what you did wrong, it helps you improve.

but let's focus on the parts you love as well. things you got right, things you spent time on, things you just like.

Ik it's hard to love your work.

I think, one of the reasons that you can't love your work is the fact that it doesn't look the way you wanted it to, so you think it's "bad."

A lot of my arts don't look the way I want them to look. but that doesn't mesn they're bad or ugly.

they just don't look the way I want them too. and that's alright. That doesn't make make them ugly at all. They're two whole different things.

and also be cringe avout them

as artists we shoud love our work more
