Project Coordinator should be able to work closely with
project managers, team leads, and managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes for
projects.
Project Coordinators perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management. The following are additional duties and responsibilities that a
project coordinator should be able to do:
- Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions
- Prepare analytical and informative reports based on stakeholders' demands
Monitor, and manage team goals,
project schedules, and new information
- Direct
project correspondences by preparing and reviewing
project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and
project management skills
Ability to use necessary software (Excel, Word)
- Ability to analyze and synthesize information
Proven ability to generate and deliver reports that provide useful insight into
project details
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring
