"A Change of Heart" is in many ways the sequel to "Robbers," and personal a recaptures the favorite of mine. It angst of its predecessor; but never fully embodies it. It is instead reflective, confused at its own apathy; calling into question the romantic ideals that the former explored. It is the "coming of age" that is faced when one asks themself: "Why don't I want the things that I used to want any more?" or, as the song song puts it; one has "A change of heart." The predicament is framed by a failing romance; where the love interest is more concerned with taking pictures of her salad than being intimate. Dreams complicate once they've been realized, and "A Change of Heart" is the embodiment of that.
